Transactions vs invoices
Transactions are individual lead charges. Each lead delivered creates one transaction.
Invoices are monthly summaries. We roll up all of a month's transactions into a single invoice you can download as a PDF.
Both live under the Billing section in your dashboard.

Understanding what's on an invoice
A monthly invoice shows:
Charges section: Every lead charge in the period, grouped by campaign.
Credits section: Any approved disputes that resulted in credits during the period.
Balance section: Any prefund deposits made during the period.
Summary: Total charges minus total credits equals net amount.
If the math on an invoice doesn't match what you're seeing in transactions, email [email protected] with the invoice number and we'll dig in.
Getting historical data
Your full transaction history is available going back to the day your account was created. There's no data retention limit. Filter by date range and export as needed.
Setting up billing notifications
You can choose to get email notifications for:
Every individual charge (verbose, but some accountants prefer it)
Monthly invoices when they're issued
Low balance alerts (if you prefund)
Failed payment alerts (always on, can't be turned off)
Configure these under Settings β Account Settings.

Year-end reporting
Your full year of invoices is downloadable for your tax prep.
If your accountant needs a different report format, email [email protected] and we'll see what we can put together.
