The lead lifecycle
Step 1: Homeowner finds us. We run ads on Meta, Google, and SEO content for your trade and market. A homeowner clicks one of those ads or finds us through search.
Step 2: They submit a form. The homeowner enters their info (name, address, phone, email, project details) into a multi-step form on one of our landing pages.
Step 3: We validate the lead. We check the submission against our filters (real phone number, valid address, legitimate project).
Step 4: We match it to a campaign. We look at the lead's location, trade, and job type, then find the best-matching active campaign in our system. If you're the best match, you get the lead.
Step 5: We charge your payment method. Your card or ACH is charged the price per lead set on the matched campaign.
Step 6: We deliver the lead to you. The lead shows up in your dashboard, your email, your phone (SMS), and any connected integrations.
How fast lead delivery happens
From form submission to lead in your hands is usually under 30 seconds. We don't sit on leads. Speed matters as much for the homeowner as it does for you.
Where leads show up
By default, every lead is delivered to:
Your dashboard. Go to Leads in the left sidebar. New leads show up at the top of the list with a "New" badge.

Your email. The notification email includes the homeowner's name, phone, address, and project details.

Your phone (SMS). If you've added a mobile number to your profile, you'll get an SMS with the lead's key details and a link to view it in the dashboard.

Connected integrations. If you've connected GoHighLevel, Zapier, or set up outbound webhooks, the lead will flow to those too.
What information you'll get
Every lead includes:
Homeowner's name
Phone number
Email
Property address (or at least ZIP code)
Job type (replacement, repair, etc.)
Any additional details the homeowner provided
A timestamp of when the lead was submitted

Why speed matters
The contractor who calls first usually wins the job. Industry research consistently shows close rates drop sharply after the first 5 minutes of a lead coming in.
Two things help here:
Get notifications on a device you actually carry. Email is fine, but SMS is faster. If you have crew running calls, route notifications to the right phone.
Use integrations. Push leads directly into your CRM so they hit your existing call queue automatically.
What's next
Once a lead is in your hands, the next question is how to work it.
