What makes LeadSource different
Leads aren't shared with other contractors. When a homeowner submits their info through one of our funnels, that lead goes to you. Not three other companies racing to call them first.
You set your own pricing. We recommend a price based on your market and trade, but you have full control. Want to pay more to win more leads? Go for it. Want to bid lower and accept fewer? That works too.
You only pay for leads you receive. No monthly retainers, no platform fees. Just a charge per lead delivered to your account.
How it works
1. You create a campaign. Pick your trade, your service area, the types of jobs you want, and your price per lead.
2. We run the ads. Our team handles Meta, Google, and SEO traffic for your trade and market.
3. Leads come to you. When a homeowner submits a form, we charge your card and send the lead straight to your dashboard, plus any integrations you've connected (GoHighLevel, Zapier, webhooks).
4. You work the lead. Call fast, follow up consistently, close the job.
What you'll do next
If you're brand new, here's the order of operations:
1. Set up your account and password
2. Acknowledge our MSA and IO terms
3. Add a payment method
4. Create your first campaign
5. Launch and start receiving leads
We'll walk you through each step in the next few articles.
A note on expectations
Lead gen is a numbers game. Even great leads need to be worked. The contractors who do best on LeadSource share a few habits:
- They call new leads within 5 minutes
- They follow up at least twice a day for 10 days before giving up
- They track which leads convert and adjust their campaign settings accordingly
If that sounds like how you already run your shop, you're going to do well here.
