Integrations overview

LeadSource can push leads directly to whatever tools you already use. This article gives you an overview of what's available and helps you pick the right integration for your setup.

What's available

We currently support:

GoHighLevel. Direct integration with pipeline mapping. Best if you use GoHighLevel as your CRM. Send leads straight into a specific pipeline and stage in your GHL account.

Zapier. Direct integration with thousands of downstream apps. Best if you use a CRM we don't natively integrate with (ServiceTitan, JobNimbus, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) or if you want to do something custom.

Outbound webhooks. Send leads to any custom endpoint as soon as they come in. Best if you have a developer or a custom system you want to plug into.

Inbound webhooks. Send events back to LeadSource from your other systems. Useful for keeping lead statuses in sync between your CRM and your LeadSource dashboard.

Do I need an integration?

You can run LeadSource just fine without one. By default, every lead is delivered to:

  • Your LeadSource dashboard

  • Your email

  • Your phone via SMS

That's enough for plenty of contractors. Integrations help when:

  • You want leads to flow automatically into your existing CRM or call queue

  • Multiple people work leads and you need them in a shared system

  • You want to trigger automations (auto-text, auto-call, auto-email) the moment a lead comes in

  • You need to keep your reporting in one place

Picking the right one

Use GoHighLevel if you already use GHL for your CRM or operations.

Use Zapier if your CRM isn't GoHighLevel but it has a Zapier integration. Zapier connects LeadSource to almost anything.

Use outbound webhooks if you have a custom system or want fine-grained control over how leads are formatted and routed.

Use inbound webhooks in combination with any of the above to send status updates back to LeadSource.

Where to find integrations
